A loading dock exhaust and supply air system, equipped with cutting-edge CO sensors, was seamlessly integrated.
State-of-the-art exhaust systems were deployed for the washrooms (WC’s).
A dedicated supply air system was strategically positioned to cater to the switch room’s requirements.
These ground floor systems are all interconnected with the non-essential mechanical switchboard, strategically situated in the MSB room.
Furthermore, a ventilation exhaust system for the fire pump room was expertly installed, drawing power from the essential service MSB nestled in the Sprinkler & Hydrant Pump room.

On the ground mezzanine level, a focus on comfort and functionality continued with the installation of WC’s exhaust systems and supply air systems. These systems are efficiently regulated by a programmable time clock situated in the non-essential mechanical board.

On the level 1 mezzanine, the pursuit of excellence extended to air conditioning systems. Both wall-mounted and ducted systems were meticulously installed in every office space. These systems are intelligently managed through factory-issue controllers, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
